TeaBreak Tea Party!

I attended Tea Party by TeaBreak.pk today and all I can say that it was a “Mind blogging experience” :)
TeaBreak.pk is a small start-up by two of my friends Asim and Ammar. It provides an opportunity for Pakistan Bloggers community to meet on a single platform. I think the most important aspect of TeaBreak is that it gives a community concept to local bloggers and by arranging such gathering, it provides opportunity to meet with popular bloggers in person. The discussion among bloggers in party was also good but I missed an interesting discussion about regulation of blogs which in opinion will kill the spirit of “Freedom” on internet.

As far as Freedom of Expression is concerned, I think everyone is free to express whatever he wants in his own place. But one should also have right to protect his place(blog, for example) from unwanted useless content like those bulk comments.

Thanks to Ammar for sending me this link today. Wow – that is quite a response to Munir’s return to the world of blogging. I am sure I had very little to do with it. It was possibly the inspiration that came from realizing that he was part of such a great blogging fraternity. :) I hope he stays on track otherwise we will have to have another tea party – this time it will be my treat.

Now since u r ready to offer a treat if Munir doesn’t blog so ‘am sure he won’t b’coz we kids love tea parties u see :P It shud hav been the other way ’round… a tea party to celebrate increase in Munir’s blogging frequency if of course he becomes a regular blogger and that must have triggered him to blog more often :)
